Craig has been interested in technology ever since opening up his father's Apple II+ in primary school. He was also a promising chess player, violinist and pianist before deciding to focus on law.
Since then, Craig has found himself closing M&A deals, working on company listings/IPOs in the late 1990's, closing US flip ups and Series A and equity raisings in the early/mid 2000's, closing listed companies takeover and merger transactions and raising hundreds of millions of dollars of capital in the late 2000's, and more recently specialising in corporate M&A transactions for mid-market clients.
Craig is listed in the The Best Lawyers in Australia for Corporate Law for 2017, 2018, 2019 and 2020. He is also listed in Doyle's Guide for Intellectual Property and TMT Lawyers for 2018 and 2019. He has also been "recommended" and "highly recommended" in 2014 and 2015 in Asia Pacific Legal 500 for Corporate and M&A, and clients that were surveyed singled out Craig as "knowledgeable" and a "corporate governance specialist".
At home, he is best known for his ability to make up stories to keep his young boys enthralled way past their bed-times.
